Parliamentary Candidates requesting the Declaration to sign even before the launch

The organisers of the BDI have been surprised that parliamentary candidates are requesting their Declaration for signature even before the official launch of the campaign, which will be on 17th March.

This is not surprising since parties are largely discredited and the voters want to know what individual candidates really stand for. Abstentions are rising, candidates cannot easily distinguish between each other - so neither can the voters.

Do candidates even believe in the democratic sovereignty of the British people? The BDI permits candidates to prove that they do!
